I brought my vehicle to the renewal key fob, and before I had the chance to drive out of the shop my vehicle engine light came on so I told one of the service personnel the situation, he then said he checked it out the problem was taken care of, helf way home I notice engine light came back on I live north kansas city I just drove home because I don't want to fight the traffic going back. My point is this problem should it been resolved the first time, now I have to bring my vehicle back and hopefully this time this problem will be resolved.

I am not happy at all thr girl that came and checked me in stated that I had a check engie lite on and that I would need to pay 201 for them to do a Diagnostic Test. And and if my warrenty above the issues than I have a $200 deductible but my warrenty would cover the fee that I paid than I told her I had myntire sensor that needed looked at because it just never came back after the long days of just cold weather and I only had the one sensor not working, when I pulled in to have buick work on my car to now I have the girl telling me I have 2 sensors out and that is 210 per tire. I am not sure how I went from having 1 put to now two. Than when I leave I now have all my tire sensors out and not working. And am now expected to pay 210 per tire to have them fixed when I just needed one looked at to start with.

My 2024 GMC 2500 tire pressure is set 60 for the front and 70 for the rear. The dealership did not reset my tire pressure and today my tire pressure sensor alarm for low pressure in the rear. It is also filled with Nitrogen, so I knew it wasn't the temperature outside.

As always, the service was on time, coffee and TV were available while waiting, and the carwash was an additional surprise. I bring up one confusing issue because, as a business owner, I like to make things clear to my clients, especially the invoicing and charging part. When I receive an invoice for $80 for the services rendered, and the title of the invoice is "Payment Received," I immediately wonder why my credit card on file was charged, when the service was to be free, complimentary, or covered by the contract, this is when the salesman has to explain that my credit card is not charged, but the charge is applied to the contract or to the Service Department. Instead of an invoice with a title of “Payment Received”, I would say “Complimentary Service”, “Your service was free”, or whatever, but again, it’s me, trying to improve my business. Armen Youssefi

We were traveling to the KC area from Illinois. During the trip out check engine light came on. First thing Saturday morning I brought our Buick to the dealership. Kracinda got to helping me right away hooking the car up to do the first look at the problem. He council to me what she would not drive the car and would do her best on a Saturday to get the car in and see if something could be done. Knowing Saturday staffing is not like a normal day, she managed my expectations well and told me she would do her best. She did it and exceeded my expectations with the car being ready for pickup before the close of business on Saturday. Great experience and customer service knowing I was from out of town and looking to have things fixed as soon as possible. She was pleasant and helpful the whole time. Also, Bobby, the driver was great as well, friendly easy to talk with, we had a great discussion on our trips. I came for an inspection. Found out my water pump was leaking. That was 201 dollars to diagnose bill came to 1809. I was unable to foot that bill at that time so when I went back to pick up my vehicle it was like I didn’t even exist. He took my card to pay the 200 dollars but that was basically it I stood at his desk he couldn’t even acknowledge me or look up to see me he stayed in his phone made an additional phone call even answered 2 calls while I’m standing there a simple. “I’m sorry I gotta handle this right quick I’ll be with you in just a second “ would’ve been fine but i couldn’t even get that. We loved our salesman, Zak - he was so friendly and helpful. Haggling over a vehicle price with the finance guy and then waiting to get into his office are never an enjoyable part of the car purchase experience, but Zak made it all slightly less painful. We enjoyed getting to know him and look forward to purchasing another car with him again in the future. We were not impressed with the detail department that cleaned the vehicle before we took it home. There was a lot of debris inside the vehicle still (stuff from shoes, dust, plastic wrapping). And they didn't top off the washer fluid - two days after we brought the vehicle home it gave us a warning. Minor issues, really, but that is what that department is for - the details.

I’m pretty sure you do the walk ins as priority and let my car sit and do at your convenience. I worked with Camille at the service department. She was great! She was friendly, kind, and I really felt that she cared about me as a customer. She gets an A++++ . The dealership waiting room was immaculate, that made me more comfortable about waiting. My issue is that it took 1.5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. Come on, that's ridiculous! My appointment was at 1:00PM and I didn't get out of there until 2:30PM. I prefer to have my vehicle serviced by a dealership because I feel the end product is better than one of those instant oil change places. The cost for an oil change and rotation of my tires was higher than expected. I'll continue to use this dealership for my oil changes and any other service needs, however, I'm hopeful that I can give them 5 stars next time.

The service rep was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. I forgot to check my tire pressure before I left the dealership. I had my tires rotated and they did not put air in my tires after they rotated them. I have had one tire (since I bought the car) consistently lose air and I have had to fill it up many times. When I went in to have my work done my tire pressure was still on 30. It should have been filled and all the rest of the tires should have had the same amount of pressure. I was very disappointed in whoever rotated my tires. Like I said my service rep was amazing. I just was not pleased with the one who serviced my car.

The reason for the 3 star rating 1. The sun shield visor holder bracket was broken by someone in the service center 2. The back cushion strap at the driver seat was ripped out and cut. I did not notice all this till I got home in the afternoon. This has never happened after any service at your dealership. For the oil service I would have given a 5 star rating but for the slight damage done in the interior of the car, I would give a 3 star or less. Hope I do not find any other car interior issues.

Service was great, Eric di a great job of keeping me informed as to progress on thee work beig done. Was surprised to see service needed at 45,000 miles for transmission fluid change and the cost charged to just vacuum it out without even dropping the pan to change a filter. Your fees have climbed to ridiculous levels. Also had a problem while on a driving trip to CA at 45,000 miles and needed to have the fuel pump module replaced at a cost of $1300 dollars plus another $800 for a rental car while waiting for ours to be repaired. Have never replaced anything to do with a fuel pump at such a low mileage. have always purchased GM cars in the past but feel its time to look at other brands when we replace the next car.

Scheduling, intake and shuttle home were great. I did not receive updates about the car during the day, called myself at 4, and was told all ok except a tire sensor…but that the shop was closing early that day. Ended up picking the car up early the next day. Of note, the car has less than 15000 miles on it. Was told the sensor just went bad from driving it. Without fixing it, it has functioned normally. The technician was polite. I just expected a little more interest and updates to help plan the day. I paid then I left to see both my warning lights was on I thought they just had to be reset so I pulled over at a gas station googled how to reset my dash board and that worked with the oil light but not my tires I didn’t think nothing of it until I got home and I tried to reset it again and couldn’t do it I exam my tires and realized they actually did not do it….i called back up there im telling them what I know and he replied if you THINK it wasnt you can bring it back up here so we can look at it. Then after I got off the phone I looked at the review they sent to my text messages it didn’t even match my car. I looked at the paper work I was given that didn’t even relate to my car. I look on my window the old sticker was still on there. I wasted 2 hours sitting at cable Dahmer just for them to return my vehicle back the same way I brought it and I had paid for services I didn’t receive I had to drive all the way back there from Grandview just for me to have to wait some additional time for them to do the services I had already paid for that wasn’t done the first time. I feel humiliated am very frustrated as I put too much trust into that dealership

I went for a standard oil change/check point service. I received an inspection email at 1:20pm. There was a O2 sensor needing to be replaced. At 4:50p I got a call stating it needed to be replaced and they’d get the part Tuesday. Tuesday at 5p I get a call that the part wasn’t correct. Now we move on to Wednesday getting the vehicle fixed and returned to me. I appreciate them finding the nail in the tire, servicing the car and finding the O2 error. Eric was very nice about everything. I don’t understand why it took so long to fix this minor sensor.

We noticed our car sitting in the lot so we asked if it was done and it was. So we got the car and headed out, as we turned into the highway we noticed the check engine light was on. I brought my truck in for service because the upper tailgate dropped on its own unexpectedly while I was pulling a car trailer and the tailgate was damaged from the tongue jack of the trailer. The dealership found a corroded upper tailgate switch on the tailgate and replaced the switch. I asked my advisor Eric what about the damage that it did he took photos and said he’d get back to me within a day or two it’s been now almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. So, although I’m happy with the work they’ve done I’m not very happy that no one contacting me back to let me know whether GM is going to take care of the damage that was caused on my truck that still under bumper-to-bumper warranty so somebody needs to call me ASAP.

It ended up taking 2 hours for the oil change, but I understand that places get busy. The main issue is that when I got back in my truck it smelled like someone had just smoked an entire pack of cigarettes in there. I drove for the rest of the day with the windows down, and it still didn’t get the smell out so I had to go and buy stuff for it

The performance of the dealership was extremely poor. So many issues I am not sure where to start. It ended with the dealership attempting to return my vehicle and instead of delivering it to my house, it was parked along the side of a main road and left there overnight with the key in it. I had to call the dealership the next morning and then go walking around to try and find it. The dealership was but sure where it was either. Very one was nice, but the estimated 1.5 hours wait time was 3 hours. Kracindra was nice about it when I asked at after 2 hours and gave me a $20 discount. It was only the second time I came in for service so I was unaware of the potential long wait. Anyway, I will drop it off next time or use the pick up option.

The overall experience went well. Everyone was nice and helpful. My only comment for improvement is it seemed to take a very long time from when we agreed to the deal to get into the finance office and then even longer from then to have the truck through detailing and washed and ready to leave. We kept being told it was finishing being detailed for over an hour, then were told it was done being detailed and being delivered, which took another ~45 mins.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change & needed 1 tire sensor. I am told I need all 4 sensors & the cost will be $900+ dollars! Of course I say no to replacing them. I knew coming there I only needed 1. They convince me to get my coolant system cleaned & i agree to it since its never been done & then they tell me the coolant hose is busted & they don't have the part so I will have to leave my car until it comes in. I am told the cost is $20 for the hose & no cost for labor. My car never exhibited signs of a busted hose before I got there so the mechanic had to have busted it. Why should pay for it? They take me home & call the next day to say my car is ready & ask if I want to oay over the phone with a credit card. Who do they think I am, a fool? Of course I say I will pay when I get there. $600+ later & no charge for the hose I leave. I wont be back. They saw an elderly lady come in & thought they could take advantage of me. Never.
