We are needing to get a recall part and some other parts in from whenever I bought my car and the parts weren’t in. We called before the appointment to make sure the parts were in and when we got there they WERENT! This is the second time I have drove to the dealership and the parts weren’t there. It’s so frustrating and taking up my time.

I gave a 4 star for the crew that that greets us as we come in. But for the I would do ab1 star because it's concerning that ever time I take my vehicle in two other things go wrong on my way home... I purchased 4 new tires, 2 always go low within days of pumping air into then and after visit after visit nothing got done so I don't even mention it anymore. So if anyone From the dealership would like to contact me regarding this I would appreciate it.
