I was charged for a “service” when all I asked was for the vehicle to receive diagnostic information to tell me what was wrong. To keep my vehicle for THREE DAYS then to charge the diagnostic fee (that I did agree to) on top of another $200 PLUS dollars, not repairing ANYTHING is nothing short of opportunistic

Once again AMAZING SERVICE from Tim Rickel!!!! My alternator went out in my car! I thought it was the battery. Sent Tim the pictures from the message center in my car. Tim answered my text, (on a Sunday) and in 8 hours my car was in the shop and I was on my way to work in a loaner!! 24 hours later, picked up my car. Tims customer service is out of the ballpark. You would think there is nothing else going on in the service area. (Trust me it’s crazy-especially on a Monday). The focus is on you! Once again thank you Tim!!!

My experience wasn't great nor terrible. Average at best. I enjoyed how pleasant the woman was that got me set up when I arrived. The service took a little over an hour and half. The tech left his black glove on the floorboard and didn't reset the oil change meter back to 100.

Tim Rickel got me in quickly and I was out within an hour - after arriving early for my safety inspection appointment. I told him about my console not closing fully. He fixed it and discovered they're no longer making the parts for my 2014 LaCrosse - hope it holds up, but it's been trouble for years.

Truck went in for warranty service for brakes and check engine light. Loaner car process was smooth and vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion. I appreciated that the truck was washed before being returned.

Words are easy to speak, however action is a lot harder: you offered to give us an appraisal on our vehicle which was at your shop for service, after 26 hrs. on appraisal only effort by several people wanting to know what it would take for use to trade cars. This process took over one hr. so as I see it you owe me for one hr. of my life @ the rate you charged me for your service.
