Eric Burris was a good service advisor. He kept me aware of all things that was going on. He made sure I had a loaner car and that all my needs were met. I would request him as my advisor for my duration of service with you guys. I give Eric 5 stars for him being really caring for his customer. I want to add also that out of 2 other employees he is the only who greeted me and acknowledged my presence.

When I scheduled this I repeated my address twice. The lady on the confirmation noticed still got the address wrong. I called and it was corrected. I have filled out reviews after the delivery service picked up my car and when the person returned it. They were very nice. Even after the service. How many reviews do I have to give? Overall it was very good. Love the pickup service. Thank you!

I had service scheduled on a Saturday for my truck. When I spoke with the service confirmation consultant on the phone, she told me they could shuttle me back home and drop my truck off for me. When I got to the dealership I learned that those services aren’t offered during the weekend. Luckily, the service department was able to knock it out real quick and I didn’t have to wait long at the dealership. So no harm done

Dealership is trying to work with me but GM needs to fix the problem. The problem came up the very next day after having the vehicle back. I tried to call to setup another appointment but dealership was closed. I need it to go back again to fix this same problem and you'll be getting it back every time this happens until the problem is solved. EVERY time it happens
