We paid $742 to have the dealership solder a broken wire under the passenger seat. So expensive to use dealership garages...try to use our local mechanic whenever possible.

The service manager was the first person ever in any dealership that asked could he take a ride with me to experience my concern on my vehicle. That meant so much to me because that was something he didn’t have to do at all. One of the best experiences ever while getting my car service at any dealership I’ve been to.

Tim met me at the car asked what I needed and then went over the 30,000 mile checkup. Some items he stated I needed to wait on like balancing my tires. He said let’s wait until you need new tires. I thought that was great of him as to save me money. I had intended to do an oil change and tire rotation but I had a coupon for the 30,000 checkup. He applied the discount on things he could and gave me an estimate of fees. Since we we doing all the service it was going to take a lot longer and offered me a ride home and then offered to bring the car to me!! AWESOME SERVICE!! Thanks

What should be a MAX of 1hr service took over 1 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. What is the purpose of making an appointment days in advance? Drive up services complete this same work in a fraction of the time. Unfortunately we purchased the prepaid maintenance plan. I will recommend to our fleet manager we don't do that again.

I took my 2016 Yukon Denali in for several things to service including a check engine light and some shocks to the tune of 5600. I've always had good service from GMC dealers as they always have the required parts on hand and the turnaround time is the same day. In this case, the check engine light identified the problem as fuel injectors on cylinder 4. OK. New fuel injectors. You would think the dealer would have such things in inventory. But no, the parts came in 6 days later. Suboptimal at best.
