I assume Tim Rickel is in line for a promotion, and certainly a pay raise as over the years he has taken care of me with utmost care and advice. I get appointments when I want them not when he needs to make them, he’s there early and he takes care of other people around him as well. He is the man for sure.

I booked a 2:30 oil change/tire rotation appointment and was surprised to then get an email from Donna Burns saying I had to be there at 2:00 so I rushed up there and arrived at 2:10 to be told that it was still 2:30. With the extra time it took about an hour and 40 min to get done. After the work was completed and I got in my car and started driving away I noticed the oil change reset hadn't been done. I didn't realize it was a simple reset I could do so I went back to get it reset which was fine but shows lack of attention to detail. Now today, less than a week after oil change, and after using the windshield washer fluid for about five seconds, I got a warning that the fluid was low. I added an entire gallon to fill it up so clearly that wasn't checked either. What other fluids should I now be worried about that didn't get checked/filled up??? Ridiculous.
