There are a few things that need to be taken care of by Cable Dahmer. 1) Only 1 working key fob was received. The other fob goes to another truck. See the attached picture. 2) GMC Award Points for the purchase have not posted to account 3-109398246251 kelsey.angle@gmail.com 3) The $50 gift card has not been received. The code is 9873-869478. This is the 6th request on this item. 4) Copies of the service work performed on the truck have not been received. Please provide as previously requested. 5) Awaiting copies of the finalized and signed paperwork. Thank you for assistance in taking care of these items. Always an amazing customer service experience with Cable Dahmer GMC Kansas City. Kracinda and team made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. Kept us informed throughout the process. Having the Yukon returned to our house was an added bonus. Thank you for everything!!!

While in for routine maintenance (oil change) the visit was as expected, meaning friendly, timely & not too expensive. But while I was in the waiting room, one of your salesmen, David Wright, stopped by & struck up a chat. He provided me with some information regarding leasing. I am not ready to make a change right now, but I appreciated the outreach.

This was the 2nd time I brought in my vehicle and they could not find out was wrong with it. That of course is disappointing. But the real issue was that they put almost 140 miles on my car and left me below empty on my gas. I have a video of right before I brought my vehicle in with the gas amount and odometer ready and then the day of pickup on the parking lot of the dealership. I know they needed to drive my vehicle to see if they could find the issue, however 140 miles is something that should not have been done. The customer service employee I was in contact with is very nice and there was no issue there whatsoever. I have never had this experience here before and have purchased my last to vehicles with you all. I was looking to trade mine in but now I am not so sure.
