This was the 2nd time I brought in my vehicle and they could not find out was wrong with it. That of course is disappointing. But the real issue was that they put almost 140 miles on my car and left me below empty on my gas. I have a video of right before I brought my vehicle in with the gas amount and odometer ready and then the day of pickup on the parking lot of the dealership. I know they needed to drive my vehicle to see if they could find the issue, however 140 miles is something that should not have been done. The customer service employee I was in contact with is very nice and there was no issue there whatsoever. I have never had this experience here before and have purchased my last to vehicles with you all. I was looking to trade mine in but now I am not so sure.

I rely on Tim when scheduling appointments for service and he never fails to take care of me. He's honest and trustwothy, and he researches options and makes his recommendations. That's very important to me so I hope he continues working there and helping those of us who rely on him. His diligence yesterday saved me money and I was able to wait at home rather than in the waiting room.

When a person makes an appointment for service we assume that means we have reserved a time for the car to have said service performed, not just have a person check the car in and it get added to a queue with a 2 hour wait time.

After service was completed I noted that my leather driver’s seat had oil on it. The gentleman that was there tried removing it with water but was unsuccessful. The woman who checked me in and out came out to the car and told me that management had all gone home and I would have to come back during the week to have the oil removed. This was completely unsatisfactory service. I don’t know that I will continue to receive services at this establishment if those in charge don’t have the ability or initiative in assisting in correcting issue that arise due to services received.
