Camille is always great to work with, upfront, transparent and follows up. As for GM and the repair...Unfortunately the trim pieces i have been waiting on for 2 years are still not all in and I am ready to trade my vehicle. I need a call from the GM or Service Manager to come up with a payout value for the deduct average this will cause when i go to trade my vehicle as it is a big eye sore. In addition i will have to bring my vehicle back because the pulley belt that was replaced was not the issue causing the whining noise coming from the drivetrain so i wasted $350 bucks it appears.

My service sales person was great. My truck appears to have been repaired appropriately. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the contents of the glove box were in the back cargo compartment. There is grease all over the inside of the front windshield with fingerprints. . The inside of the truck smells like grease. There was also contents of the backseat pockets all over the passenger floor. This is the first experience that I’ve had like this at your service center.
