We took the car home the same day it was purchased, it was not detailed out, the inside of the windows were filthy. At first service appt., the man waiting on me had them wash the car and clean the windows.

I have found my Service Advisor, Tim Rickel, to be very professional. I appreciate his courteous manner and his precise explanation of my Enclave's service needs. I also find the Certified Service MultiPoint Inspection booklet very informative. However, I DO NOT appreciate the continued efforts to convince me to trade my current SUV for a newer one! I have repeatedly indicated that I am NOT interested in ANY deals! Please STOP!! 1
