Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. But I have to say that the cost of your oil change and tire rotation is extremely high, over $139.00, and the charge for the use of a credit card is outrageous. I will no longer use your service department given the extreme cost you elect to charge. I currently own a Ford Fusion and the oil change at the local dealership is under $90 with a tire rotation. I understand costs are going up daily, but this charge feels extreme.

Camille is always great to work with, upfront, transparent and follows up. As for GM and the repair...Unfortunately the trim pieces i have been waiting on for 2 years are still not all in and I am ready to trade my vehicle. I need a call from the GM or Service Manager to come up with a payout value for the deduct average this will cause when i go to trade my vehicle as it is a big eye sore. In addition i will have to bring my vehicle back because the pulley belt that was replaced was not the issue causing the whining noise coming from the drivetrain so i wasted $350 bucks it appears.
