Juan was exceptional in helping me work though the buying process. I was from out of town buying this vehicle and Juan responded via phone & text, which ever was most convienent for me at the time, all all hours/days. He even responded over christmas/Eve. Would highly recomend.
Everything was great the day I purchased the vehicle. Francisco the finance guy was terrific. The only complaint I have is that I bought my car over a week ago and my loan on the vehicle I traded is still not paid off. I would like someone to take care of this as soon as possible.
drove in for appointment early and Bobby, took care of me before my appointment. I thought that was very nice. He also sent me an email on things I shoud consider before my next scheduled appointment so they can be taken care of.
My car was not running as it had been so I took it in to have it checked out. Your service technician Bobby handled my visit with amazing communication and when you couldn't find any issues, kept the care overnight to re-drive it to see if there was something they missed. As it turned out, nothing was wrong with my car, but I had so much confidence in that decision. As I said, Bobby, couldn't have been nicer or more empathetic to my concerns and to top all of this off all of the service performed was done at no charge! That says so much about the honesty of the Cable Dahmer service department, they could have easily charged me for service I really didn't need and I would have never questioned it. I am so impressed with this service department and will continue to have my car serviced there.
