Went in looking for a new suv and John met me at the door went on looking at what they had in stock but didn’t have what I was looking for,so I told John what I was looking for,so between the the salesman and pricing manager they found what I wanted then it was back and forth on pricing and my trade in but finally we reached an agreement.I picked it up last Friday,it is a nice suv,but I seen yesterday there is a hole in the back bumper.

I normally go to another dealer, but they were booked up. I was going out of town and needed a oil change. I was surprised at the cost. It seemed very high from what I pay at another dealership on top of the 3% I was charged for using a credit card. I was also insulted when asked about doing some 45,000 mile maintenance when I said I was not interested they asked me if it was a time thing or a money thing?!?!? My car smelled awful after the service was done.

I have the paint protection warranty on my vehicle and the past 2 times that I have been in for my oil changes I have asked that they remove a spot on my right fender that has sap on it but every time they never take care of it.

I have only ever driven a Buick, and I recently acquired a 2007 Buick Lucerne. Buicks have always been dependable for me, I had my LeSabre for nearly 10 years, and before that a Skylark. But I knew the Lucerne would require a dealer’s touch, and the Carfax says that all prior work has been done by a dealer. I was looking forward to the dealer experience, even if I had to pay a bit more. Regrettably, I feel I was mistreated and lied to, so I cannot rank you higher than 3 stars despite getting my car running again. This is the second time I have brought my car in for the same issue, “no crank/no start”, and the response has been very different. However, both times I was rushed out of the shop, both times they have failed to complete the multi-point inspection (which I can prove and they admitted), and this time they rushed me out so fast they failed to install all the parts they charged me for (at least the TPMS, maybe more). Please note at no point did I ask for my vehicle early, I merely requested to meet with my consultant to see if they found anything extra or required additional time. Instead of answering my questions they rushed it out of the shop and then lied to me about the services performed and the current status of my car. I have attempted to get a hold of Matt, the manager, but after two full days of requesting he call I see no need to await his response before telling you. And yet, I give 3 stars. Eric, my service consultant, went above and beyond in getting pictures of my car so I could secure financing to fix it. You also came in under budget (though over time due to the radiator incident). And I don’t believe they intentionally lied about the inspection, the wipers, testing the alternator last time, or fixing my TPMS. I believe they were going off of the mechanic’s report, and that is the person who wronged me by failing to complete the work I have paid for and was contracted to receive. I would appreciate a call from whomever would help me resolve this experience. Failing that, I believe I have been fraudulently billed, and will need to inform GMC about this issue so that I can bring it to a shop and have my story verified. I had two separate servicemen try and reset my TPMS after “installing” it, and the last one reported there was no signal whatsoever. I have kept all my papers and emails, and since your calls are recorded I’d love to provide time and dates. I require a dealer in order to service my car, and I hoped I could remain with Cable Dahmer because you are nearby and courteous. However, if this is the service I can expect to receive, I will be taking it elsewhere going forward. The politeness of the consultant matters little if the mechanics aren’t properly performing the work.
