My issue was not resolved. I still hear the noise. I thought when I got to the dealership I would take a ride with the mechanic or technician so I could show them what I was hearing. But when I got there, my vehicle was carted off.

Service experience was great. Team was able to get me in for a last minute appointment to take care of 'recall' and 'oil change'. Also, team provided guidance on additional required service of wheel alignment that they were also able to complete at the same time.
