Confirmed Service Customer
This was the 2nd time I brought in my vehicle and they could not find out was wrong with it. That of course is disappointing. But the real issue was that they put almost 140 miles on my car and left me below empty on my gas. I have a video of right before I brought my vehicle in with the gas amount and odometer ready and then the day of pickup on the parking lot of the dealership. I know they needed to drive my vehicle to see if they could find the issue, however 140 miles is something that should not have been done. The customer service employee I was in contact with is very nice and there was no issue there whatsoever. I have never had this experience here before and have purchased my last to vehicles with you all. I was looking to trade mine in but now I am not so sure.
